Infinite Archives is collaborating with Jordan Brand this year to bring a fresh take on the classic Air Jordan 17. The collaboration will include several colorways, with the “Chicago” inspired design being one of the highlights. This week, Infinite Archives founder Isimeme Otabor shared an exclusive first look at the sneaker, and it’s sure to excite fans of both brands.
For those unfamiliar with Infinite Archives, it’s an online hub dedicated to archiving all things pop culture, from music and movies to fashion and sneakers. Over time, the brand has expanded into product creation, partnering with retailers like A Ma Maniére to offer exclusive items. Now, Infinite Archives is taking its connection with the sneaker world even further with this collaboration, celebrating the iconic Air Jordan 17.
The collaboration was first teased in 2024, and earlier in 2025, we saw the initial reveal of the AJ17 in a “Beach” colorway. This latest reveal gives us a glimpse of the shoe in a bold “Chicago” style. The design features a white leather upper paired with a black inner bootie and collar, creating a sleek contrast. Red accents on the midsole add a vibrant touch, while metallic details complete the look.
