Salehe Bembury Teases His First PUMA Running Shoe

Salehe Bembury is once again making waves in the sneaker world, this time with his collaboration with PUMA. Following his partnership with the brand’s basketball division, Bembury is now venturing into the running shoe category, offering a sneak peek at his upcoming design.

After announcing his collaboration with PUMA in the summer of 2024, Bembury revealed his plans to work with the brand’s basketball team to create innovative sneaker designs. He introduced his first custom creation, a reworked version of the PUMA Nitro, featuring a distinctive molded fingerprint sole that quickly captured attention. Now, he’s sharing an exciting early look at his first running shoe, a fresh step in his partnership with the German brand.

This new sneaker appears to be a running shoe, designed with a combination of mesh and synthetic materials for the upper. The shoe features taped overlays and an organic, nature-inspired pattern—something Bembury frequently incorporates into his designs. The soles of the shoe also showcase a topographic pattern, adding a unique, textured detail to the footwear. Co-branding is visible on both the tongues and the sides of the shoe, which is designed in a calming green and vibrant blue colorway.

Although an official release date has yet to be announced, fans are eagerly anticipating the arrival of this first signature shoe from Bembury’s collaboration with PUMA. While the model’s name remains a mystery, the release is expected sometime in 2025, promising a standout addition to the world of running footwear.
