Tobe Nwigwe is finally ready to launch his first project with Reebok, following their announcement of collaboration last year. Together, they’ve reworked the Preseason 94 into a fresh design called the Chukwu OTU, which will be available in black and green colorways.
Nwigwe’s rise to fame in recent years has been fueled by his introspective music and captivating visuals. After an injury sidelined his NFL career, he turned to music full-time, collaborating with big names like Pharrell, Duckwrth, and Big K.R.I.T. In 2024, he revealed his partnership with Reebok, promising to incorporate his signature mint green color into the brand’s footwear lineup. This week, the first product of their collaboration was unveiled.
The Chukwu OTU, Nwigwe’s debut sneaker with Reebok, will be available later this month and features a wide range of apparel alongside two color options of the new shoe. The model is based on Reebok’s classic Preseason 94, which has been resurrected for a retro comeback this year. The Chukwu OTU boasts an enclosed lacing system, shaggy suede overlays, and comes in two distinct styles: one in all-black with subtle mint accents, and another in full mint green with gum soles.

The Chukwu OTU will be available on February 21st, 2025. Both colorways—black and mint green—will be sold for $200 each, through Reebok and select retailers.
