JJJJound, a brand known for its minimalist approach to footwear collaborations, is back with a fresh release alongside Vans. This time, the Canadian label is taking on the Sk8-Mid, a less common mid-top variation of Vans’ iconic Sk8 silhouette, offering a refined and stylish update.
Vans’ Vault division, known for its premium take on classic designs, is the perfect platform for a collaboration like this. The Vault label is synonymous with high-end materials and unique twists on traditional Vans styles. Their partnership with JJJJound, a brand celebrated for its sleek, understated designs, makes this drop all the more exciting. While both brands have previously teamed up for a trio of Old-Skool releases back in 2017, this marks their first venture with the Sk8-Mid model, which rarely makes an appearance on shelves.
This collaboration offers three tonal colorways of the Sk8-Mid: black, brown, and olive green. Each pair features a minimalist yet sophisticated design, perfect for those who appreciate clean, versatile footwear.
Release Information for the JJJJound x Vault by Vans Sk8-Mid
The trio of Sk8-Mid colorways will launch next week, starting on August 10th, 2021, with the black version. The brown and olive green pairs will follow on August 11th and 12th, respectively. Each colorway will be available exclusively at the JJJJound store for $150 per pair.
